RETURN & REPLACEMENT FAQ
You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped.
Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been shipped from our warehouses.
If you wish to cancel an order, please follow these steps:

After receiving request we will get back you you within 24 hours.
We will arrange for a pickup of the old product from your address given at the time of booking of the product. If you wish to ship your device from any other location, or if our courier partners do not service your registered location, you will be required to return the parcel, at your own expense, to the following address:

We recommend you use a good courier service to return the old product.
Generally, returns across all payment options take between 5 to 7 working days (excluding holidays) to reflect in your account and sometimes the process takes 8 to 10 working days, depending on the associated bank.
If the payment is not reflected within the estimated time, please reach out to us.
Please note that refunds can only be made to the original card / account only and not through any other mode of payment.
Once you have raised a replacement request, our team will investigate and initiate the replacement process. You will receive an e-mail/Call advising you on the estimated delivery date. Based on customer location, delivery time varies. If you don’t get the return within the promised date, contact us immediately.
We would make every effort to deliver your order within 1-3 working days.
Please note that Mayaar.pk is not liable for any shipping delays, or loss of any kind resulting from unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as: recipient was unavailable or un-contactable; incorrectly addressed orders; weather conditions and so on. We will try our best to notify customers of the delay and estimated delivery date in such situations.
Free Cash on Delivery on all items price more than 599 pkr.
No, it isn’t, though the authorized / intended recipient will be required to sign the delivery document upon the delivery of the package.
We are offering Delivery in almost all cities in Pakistan.
Parcels are delivered between 09:00 AM- 05:00 PM from Monday to Saturday. There are no deliveries on Sunday and on public holidays.
Once the order has been placed, you cannot change the delivery address. You have to cancel the order and re-order the product with the correct address. We use TCS, LCS, CCS and other local courier services depending on your delivery address.
